Nigeria's Natural Gas Supply Increased by 64%
Yesterday, Nigeria's National Oil Company said that the average supply of natural gas per day to national power station had risen by 64%.
The daily supply is averaged at 729 million cubic feet in May. In year-on-year terms, it rises by 63.74 percent.
The country's average natural gas production per day was 242.7 billion cubic feet in May. Comparing with April, it has a slight increase.
In addition, the refineries at the port of Harcourt, Wali and Kaduna are fully operational in May. The average output of gasoline is 6 million litre and diesel production is around 600 litre per day.
The three refiners totally refine crude oil about 445, 000 barrels every day.
