OVERVIEW
Air cooled heat ex-changer (also called air cooler) is a kind of heat exchange equipment which uses ambient air as cooling medium and forced air to sweep over the finned cooling tube bundle with fan (forced draft or induced draft) to cool or condense the high temperature process fluid in the tube.
Air cooled heat exchanger is usually composed of 3 basic parts with finned tube bundle, fan and frame, and auxiliary parts such as shutters (diversion), maintenance platform and ladder.
PCC can provide overall design and calculation optimization for customers, and make finned tubes of various materials to meet the requirements of different working conditions. We can design and manufacture according to GB code and ASME code with U stamp.
