The gas pipeline in Central Asia has transported 200 billion cubic meters of natural gas to the dome

As of 15 November 29th, the gas pipeline in Central Asia has transported 200 billion cubic meters of natural gas to domestic gas.

It is reported that the main source of 200 billion cubic meters of natural gas is from Turkmenistan Amu River gas company and the national gas Konzern, Uzbekistan national gas company. This year, China's oil has successfully opened up the Kazakhstan gas source.

The Central Asian gas pipeline is an important strategic channel for China to connect with many Central Asian countries. It has important strategic significance for ensuring China's energy security and promoting the green transformation of national energy structure.

As China's first cross-border energy access to introduce overseas natural gas from land, the Central Asia natural gas pipeline has been completed and put into operation on the line in December 2009. After years of construction, it has formed A/B/C three lines par gas transmission pattern, and its annual gas transmission capacity reached 55 billion cubic meters.

The Central Asian gas pipeline passes through Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, and finally arrives at the Huoerguosi port, located in Xinjiang, China. And it is connected with the second and third West and East gas pipeline. Each year natural gas which is transfered from Central Asian countries to domestic, accounts for about 15% of the total consumption of the whole country.

The natural gas from the Central Asian countries has played a great role in the environmental protection of our country. It is estimated that 200 billion cubic meters of natural gas can replace 2.66 million tons of coal, reducing emission of 2.84 million tons of carbon dioxide and 4 million 400 thousand tons of sulfur dioxide, which is equivalent to planting 2 billion 600 million trees. The natural gas of Central Asia benefits the population of more than 300 million of the 27 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and Hongkong Special Administrative Region.

Central Asia Gas Pipeline is also a model of the "Belt and Road" energy cooperation. As an important engineering program of the“Belt and Road”,during the operation period, the Central Asian gas pipeline A/B/C lines bring the country along it nearly a million jobs, the cumulative pay taxes is more than $10 billion, the oil industry in related countries can be improved because of this.

The Central Asian gas pipeline is operated by CNCP International Pipeline, which is subordinate to CNPC. Up to now, the Central Asian gas pipeline has been running safely and steadily for over 2900 days since its commissioning.

PCC has consistently proven itself as the company of choice in designing and manufacturing of modular refinery. You're welcome to contact us for any further information about modular refineries, modular gas processing and etc.
