Dubai petroleum has issued a bidding document for a key contract for the design, procurement, construction and installation of offshore engineering, which involves further development of its Rashid oilfield, 70 kilometers away from Dubai coast.
People who close to the development project said that Dubai petroleum company recently issued bidding documents to several well-known offshore contractors and shipyards in the region. Tender documents may be submitted soon after.
